EASIEST WAY TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
All SHOVEL products have a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you detect any defect or breakage in any of our products, the distributor/store or final customer must collect all necessary information and send us by e-mail for the respective study.
We will check all the info provided. Once this guarantee has been approved. We will contact you
with more instructions in order to ask you to send back the defective product to Shovel Components or not.
After that, we will then replace the defective product and will send a new one to the distributor/store or directly to the final customer. This process will not involve cost for the customer.

Warranty stages and procedures
- a) Proof of the defects. Please send the product back to SHOVEL or in any case some pictures of the failure. If you send pictures, we will need clear images where we can perfectly check any defect or breakage.
- b) We will check if the failure is due to an abuse or a manufacturing defect.
- c) If Shovel Components agree that it is a manufacturing defect will give you authorization for the warranty coverage.
- d) We will send a new replacement item to the customer (distributor/store/final customer).

Email Shovel Components Customer Service (sales).
We will email you instructions for returning your product.
Ship your product within 45 days of purchase, in its original packaging, to the address identified in our email.
Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products or incorrect shipments.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us. We recommend using National Mail Service (like USPS) as a cost saving option.
