EASIEST WAY TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
You never need to worry about your purchase with our hassle-free 45-Day return policy. If you change your mind or aren't that happy with our product, you can return any part purchased directly from Shovel Components within 45 days from purchase date and we will happily refund the purchase price. We accept returns on any products that are new and have not been installed on a bike (e.g. if you install a chainguide or chainring it cannot be returned.) We will not accept parts with scratch marks from being mounted to the crank or being dirty. We can only accept returns on orders made directly from Shovel Components.
Products returned after 45 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If the product was damaged or of unsatisfactory quality upon receipt or you would like to make an exchange, contact Customer Service at SALES@SHOVELCOMPONENTS.COM to resolve a problem.

We will email you instructions for returning your product.
Ship your product within 45 days of purchase, in its original packaging, to the address identified in our email.
Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products or incorrect shipments.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us. We recommend using National Mail Service (like USPS) as a cost saving option.
